Well, yesterday afternoon I recorded a little New Year’s Eve video for you two and a half readers. I talked about resolutions and my plans for the rest of the night, and urged everyone to say, “rabbit, rabbit” before saying, “Happy New Year!” for luck (a little trick I learned on Nick Jr. all those years ago). I tried uploading the video to my (now pretty much worthless?) PRO Vimeo account – with enough room to spare, so that wasn’t the problem – for hours, and it didn’t work. I tried over and over, I let my MacBook sit there while I went to dinner, and it stayed stuck at 0%. Fucking dick.
Anyway, I said “rabbit, rabbit” and I plan to do all of the things I say I’m going to do. That’s the point of New Year’s Resolutions, after all, isn’t it? To say you’ll do things and then actually do them? So, I won’t make specifics to follow (“quit smoking!” “get married!” “get that promotion!” – I need none of those things, by the way), I’ll just do the things I tell myself I’m going to do. That’s the hardest part of my entire life: saying things and then following up all that talk with a bunch of doing. Should be easy!
Vimeo worked earlier yesterday when I boredly posted this pointless video, so here’s that -
I was watching iCarly in the background, ignore that.
You are totes adorbz.
BTW, I totes just creeped on your Vimeo and watched your “hi!” video, and now I adore you even more!
