Up next: apparently, she and Christian Slater are reprising their roles in the upcoming sequel of Heathers?!?! I knew there was a sequel planned, but I didn’t know about that part until just now!
Why you crushin’?: well, this crush is sort of left over from the end of last week, but it lives with me always. I visited with my friend Ashley last Friday and indulged on Chinese food, ice cream sundaes, A Hard Day’s Night, and Heathers. I’d forgotten how incredible that film is! Also, I’ve been on a Woody Allen kick; I searched for upcoming Woody movies to record on television and saw Celebrity for the first time. Pretty awesome. And, really, how can a girl my age and like me NOT love Winona? She’s like the quintessential role model for quirky girls.
i will always love her. you need to see reality bites if you haven’t already. she is so adorable in that movie and ethan hawke was so charming and beautiful. too bad he’s kind of a douche now.
Heathers really IS so good. At my old job we named the meat slicer Heather because it was a bitch :P
I heard that the people supposedly involved in the behind-the-scenes stuff had no idea there was a sequel in the works. Apparently, “actress” on her resume is also just a fancy way of saying her pants are on fire.
Can you believe I haven’t seen that movie? It’s in the list of “essentials” John has set aside for me to watch or else he’ll break up with me, ha!
